Ⅰ  Control system introduction
Adopt control mode of PLC plus touch screen. Online water quality parameter is 1channel conductivity;1channels pH value; 1channels turbidity; 1channel temperature.
Ⅱ  Technology introduction
1. Conductivity: measure water quality conductivity, when the conductivity higher than the setting high limit, indicate system sewage and supplement new water; when conductivity lower than the setting value, stop sewage;
2. pH measure and control
   1) pH controlling acid pump start (start or stop, the range could be adjusted. for example when higher than 8.5,it start; when lower than 8.0 ,it stop);
   2) Corrosion and scale inhibitor controlling dosing pump start. when ph value higher than setting high limit value, it begin/start chemicals dosing; when lower than setting value, it stop.
3. Level control: when water level lower than low limit, supplement new water, that is, dosing corrosion and scale inhibitor when feed pump start; when ph value higher than setting value, also start dosing corrosion and scale inhibitor;
4. Turbidity measure: turbidity control filter solenoid value, when turidity higher than setting value, dosing flocculant and start filter.
5. Temperature: system set temperature display.
