DDG-403BA (the intelligent electric conductivity monitor and controller) is an intelligent monitor that can measure and compensate the electric conductivity with SCM, and adopt English menu to remind the operation. It has the function of double-dot measure, full-automatic compensation of temperature and the surveillance and control of electric conductivity. This instrument is also equipped with RS-232C (the standard COM port), and can communicate date with intelligent instruments with standard COM ports, RS-232C, for example computers, printers, recording instrument, long-range controllers and so on. If they are equipped with DY-301A (electric conductivity and resistivity printer) made by our company, they can print measuring data. It can be widely used in the measure and control of the on-line conductivity in the industries of electronics, chemical engineering, pharmacy, machinery electricity, nuclear energy, drinking water and so on. This instrument uses the open-bore plug-in installation, and has the characteristics of wide compensation scope, accurate and stable measure and convenient usage and installation and so on. It is a new generation instrument for measuring and controlling of conductivity.

Main Characteristics
(1) The instrument adopts MCU technique to automatically compensate the temperature coefficient of the aqueous solution (including general electrolytic solution and pure water), and the data will be handled precisely;(2) The instrument has two measuring channels (channel A and B), with two conductivity sensors, the device can monitor two different channels synchronously, especially suitable for water treatment equipment to monitor conductivity of inlet and outlet water;
(3) The apheliotropic big screen and lattice LCD can display data of electric conductivity of two channels. The users can choose the measuring data that has temperature compensation and no temperature compensation according to your need. When you choose the data having temperature compensation, the data will be converted to the data at 25℃ automatically;
(4) Two channels both have current’s signal output of 4~20mA;
(5) The instrument has the function of RS-232C (the standard COM port), and can communicate data with the intelligent instruments which have standard COM port, RS-232C, for example computers, printers, recording instrument, long-range controllers and so on. If they are equipped with DY-301A (electric conductivity and resistivity printer) made by our company, they can print the measuring data of the two channels. The printing format is shown as illustration 1. Equipped with the communication software disc of our company, users can connect the instrument with their computers to print and save;

(6) The instrument has the function of alarming while the electric conductivity rises to the upper limit, and the two channels can control it synchronously;
(7) The instrument has three kinds of working parameters of the two channels: electrode constant, temperature compensation coefficient and alarming setting. Users can adjust parameters according to the actual situation. The instrument has the function of automatically power-off protection.
